One red Peppertree has been looking for flashes from the sun. Meanwhile, it grew six branches or so. It walked the streets of an impoverished wealthy city. It sang in the shadow and bellowed to a continent or another. It longed for love or rather believed in its unlikely happening. With circumstantial luck, it even worked long days but forgot to say so.
