"Positively Lost" started as a spinoff from my band when I had too many songs that didn't seem to fit with my bandmates. I liked a lot of them and decided to give them a go on my own. The whole thing developed from trying homebrew band demos to somthing that I hope has a distinct style of its own.

What I'm aiming for is a mixture of folk/pop/westcoast with bits of electronic sounds thrown in. Inspirations are Rilo Kiley, David Gray, Josh Rouse Paul Weller and Fleetwood Mac. I also like Ben Folds and Aimee Mann but I'm afraid that doesn't show too much.
