To our faithful listeners,

We've decided to formally shutdown thesixtyone.com -- our servers will go offline at midnight, May 1st 2017.

Artist tipping and music purchases will be functional until then, so please spend any remaining credits by month's end.
A final payment will be made to artists following the shutdown.

thesixtyone was our baby for most of our twenties. We're incredibly sorry we weren't able to keep things going in the
right direction.

2007-2017

Thank you for being a part of it.

Farewell,

James Miao & Samuel Hsiung

biography
Hi, I'm an amateur singer/song writer from Toronto, Canada cutting my teeth by streaming my original material to listeners in the virtual world of Second Life. theSixtyOne.com looks like another great opportunity for some exposure.

I work in Garageband, manipulating my multiple guitar tracks and vocals over canned or created drum loops.

I always appreciate feedback, comments and criticisms welcome.

Thanks for having a listen,
Rain

If I could only get it together and get my second life going it would bring me great joy. I am a bit intimidated to figure it out.

You sure did add spice and laughter to the event. I’m not laughing though when I say that you are amazingly creative to create that song so quickly. Soooooo very impressive. To show my appreciation for your skill I’m heading back to max bump, now. Great Job!

Thanks to everyone who bumped RPBOO, hope people got a kick out of it. Now what to do? Blue/Gray Player Box of Oppression doesn't quite have the same ring to it. ;-)

Ya, it helped temporarily alleviate some of the pain through laughter. Then the other day I went back to check out the comments and Captain Obvious posted a way to fix it, so that is my task today... to get rid of the oppression.
