Ray Mailman, a funk/soul/pop trio from Edmonton, Canada, has transcended the realms of many genres of music, creating their own eclectic style and groove. Frontman of the band, Ray Mailman combines complex chord patterns, catchy song styling and "in-your-face" lyrics that come from life experience, compassion and divine inspiration. Using Funk, Rock, Jazz, Soul and Pop influences in their music, the band’s tracks appeal to a wide range of audiences in their high-energy pop/rock shows.

Ray Mailman released its first EP, Sideways in 2008, which consists of six original songs of various styles from jazz to latin to rock.
