A long time ago, in a high school far, far away a band of best friends emerged on the Milwaukee music scene. The group, which had been called everything from "5 guys named Earl" to "Johnny Rock and The Punk Rock All-Stars" eventually settled on the name "Repertoire." In 2003, after winning six area Talent Shows and Battle of the Bands competitions, Repertoire had won enough money to record their first album, "Even Sleep." Over the next 4 years, the band performed at nearly every University in the state, sold over 1,000 albums and digital downloads, and became Milwaukee's biggest buzz band. In 2005, at the height of their success, the band broke up. While some members let their dreams die, Songwriter/Producer Michael O'Donnell and Drummer Michael Jaklich decided to keep their dreams alive. They spent the next 2 years combing the city for "Milwaukee's Best." In early 2007 a local radio station held a state-wide singing competition, in search of Milwaukee's next Rockstar. After hearing just 10 seconds of Jaizon Plaga's audition, the group knew they had found their voice. In addition to Plaga, Repertoire brought in local Singer/Songwriter Kevin Heinzel to complete the group. Over the next year Repertoire released their second studio album, "Moving On," sold over 1,000 CDs and digital downloads, had their music spun on over 25 college and indie stations in the Midwest, won the 103.7 KISS Superstar competition having their music added the the state's biggest commercial radio station, and made it to the top 20 on MTV's reality show. "Top Pop Group." What's next for Repertoire??? Will they become International Superstars??? Who knows. All Repertoire knows and cares about is that they now have four dreamers and a dream!!!
