By the time he was twelve Rob Costlow was annoying his piano instructor by adding unwritten endings to songs during rehearsals and recitals.

This soon brought an end to the lessons that began at age five.

"I hated, literally hated, taking lessons and especially practicing other people's music," admits Rob.

It was another piano player, platinum selling, new age artist George Winston, who fueled this rebellion. After one of Rob's brothers introduced him to Winston's music, Rob realized t... (+) expand

Just gave it a quick listen, suits you well. Doesn't have to be with to much electronics though if you want to stick to the original mood. Those Remixes create whole new structures from a given source. Personally I would prefer a, well, let's call it "mood enrichment", with a broader arrangement including other instruments, but focusing on what makes you and your work unique: the piano.

Extraordinary music, Rob! Ever thought of adding some spices to your piano play? It's magnificent as it is right now, but sort of a "remix" with added instruments would make me love your music even more :-)

we are from kuala lumpur, malaysia. we just released our debut cd call ninetyfivezeroeight. it's currently available for download at Amazon MP3.

it'll soon be up in all iTunes stores. our official website is in the works at the moment. do visit our myspace site. there are some FOC songs for download, as part of our promotions. these remixes are very much inspired by the 80's 12" mixes.

in fact, we are very much influenced by the music from the 80's. do check us out. feedbacks are much appreciated.
