Russell Joslin is a singer/songwriter based in Dalston, East London. He grew up in the countryside of Wiltshire before moving to the cities to be where the music scene was more vibrant and quickly found himself the solo support act to larger touring bands. His first album ‘Dream Token’ was released in 2007 and was received by the press as ‘an album of eloquent beauty’, his sophomore effort ‘Jet Black And White’ was released 1st March 2010. During 2008/9 hes also played as one half of folk-punk two piece band 'Pretty Bricks'. His recent recordings have garnered the praise of English national treasure Tom Robinson who calls him '...living proof of how fresh, vigorous and abrasive an acoustic songwriter can and should be in the 21st Century.' Russell is currently gigging to promote ‘Jet Black And White’ and forming a band to make album #3.
