biography
singer songwriter Mathew deRiso aka Mat d has performed with bandmates the Profane Saints since 2006. Mat was awarded Folk Rising's album of the year 2007 and 2008 for his solo releases "Gasoline Rattle" and "Merciful 66" The band performs regionaly in the Midwest and is based in Sioux City, IA. Their latest release "Dirt Town City Limits" received a five star essential collection review from Jim Pipkin at HickoryWind.org they continue to build a growing fan base and define their alt country/roots rock/americana sound.
