Combing music with an epic tale to create a concept unlike anything heard in music today and armed to the teeth with metallic riffs, haunting acoustic passages and memorable hooks for a sound to please every end of the musical spectrum. Binding along with the bands schizophrenic cross-genre tendencies is a story, an apocalyptic saga, that will have you listening from start to finish. Taking from previous modern concept themed albums (Coheed and Cambria (NWFT), Protest the Hero (Kezia) and survival horror films (Dawn of the Dead, 28 Days Later) "Dead Eyes Open" boldly ties the gap between movie and music.

Written, produced and recorded by the bands own guitarist Matt Gladman and co-written with the aid of lead singer Justin Hudda, guitarist Stefan Renaud, drummer Chris Anderson and bassist Tyler Hiltunen to bring together "Apocalypse Through The Eyes Of...", Dead Eye Open's debut album. With its post-apocalyptic view of New York City decimated by a virus outbreak causing its victims to rise from the dead and feed off the living, it's clear that this is an artistic and visionary album of colossal proportions.
