To our faithful listeners,

We've decided to formally shutdown thesixtyone.com -- our servers will go offline at midnight, May 1st 2017.

Artist tipping and music purchases will be functional until then, so please spend any remaining credits by month's end.
A final payment will be made to artists following the shutdown.

thesixtyone was our baby for most of our twenties. We're incredibly sorry we weren't able to keep things going in the
right direction.

Thank you for being a part of it.

Really loving these tunes, the old guy talking is quite entertaining. Hope you get more bumps along the way.

Loving the tunes guys! Might be worth holding back on uploading more to let these five hopefully get some more bumpage. Sometimes if an artist has too many tunes to pick from the bumps can get 'diluted' by being too spread out.
Also (and I doubt you were going to do this anyway) it's best not to delete tracks if you can avoid it as 1. you lose the points you gained form uploading that track and 2. the listeners who bumped the track lose points they gained by bumping you early on.
Hope that helps! Look forward to hearing more!

The pic is of Marc Matthews, our 70 year old lead vocalist. Glad u'r all digging the vibe. Sadly this site doesn't have an electronica/dub category, which is how we like to be tagged.

There will be the rest of 'Fire Exit' uploaded soon, and then maybe some newer tunes (we've got some crackers on the way)

Yeah! Nice Stuff! Keep the good work on!
Sweet chillin sound with deep basslines!
BTW you should file this under DUB! I think more interested people will find it there!
Is it King Stitt on your pic???
