A rough translation of my fathers song "Moln" (Clouds)

Clouds, on the heavenly sea
Wherever your ship sinks
I will go under with you

Time, how do we keep track on time?
We call it a constant battle
Time flies by like the swallows

An even though the twilight falls
It never makes a crash landing
But what happens if I fall for you?

Clouds, that set sails for the east
The broken man gets salvation
And the strong man has to offer protection

Silence, on the heavenly sea
there you have no requirements
You have the strength to carry anything

Light, by the house of heaven
The sky is so bright
Even though the night is closing in on us

And when the snowflakes falls
They might hurt while they hit the ground
But what happens if I fall for you?

Silence, there is no answers
The clouds are flying by
Over the new moon

Solo by Jimmy Nylund

And a star falls
a light year at a time
But what happens if I fall for you?

Clouds, on the heavenly sea
Wherever your ship sinks
I will go under with you

Listen to my new song written by Kim Öhman!
The lyrics was written by me and Malin Lindblom.

It's a little bit different from my other songs, but hey, I got to try out something new, right?

biography
Hi everybody!
My name is Lotta Johansson. I live in the town I was born and raised in. Härnösand, a beautiful little place right by the ocean in the north of Sweden.
Music has allways been a big part of my life, my dad has been making a living out of his music for about 30 years now and I've had the privelige to meet many fantastic musicians that have inspired me in so many ways.
I met my guitarist and good friend Annika Svedin in music school. We discovered that our voices really sounded great togheter, so we asked another friend, Lina Moberg, to join us and we started a little group called "Hon, Du & Jag" (She, you & me)
The group does no longer excist, but me and Annika still perform our music togheter and it's more fun than ever!

I love country/blugrass and folk music, but I listen to all kinds of music. I don't dislike any genre.. I don't listen to the genres, I listen to the music!

I hope you like my music and feel free to leave a comment, it's allways nice to hear what you think!
And thank you Johanta for introducing me to this wonderful site! I love thesixtyone.com :D

I.......am so glad you make your music :-) Feel free to contact me anytime.....I do truly love your music, It is comforting and unmistakably part of your soul. You are a natural music maker. Your choice of songs says much about your spirit and the way you sing is like a life long friend telling me a story, it is less in my mind a performance and more a story to music. I have listened to "For Sale" many times and often play your whole set to relax when I can't find my way without it :-)

I hope you are recording that concert in Norway for those of us that can't attend :-) If you did, I would sell it here in the USA just so I could buy one. speaking of that....where can I buy your music because I wan't you to make more so please sell it to us :-) You know, light from the sun bounces off objects and is received by the lens, then focused on the film or CCD to make a picture but what is really amazing is all that it can convey and with music, double beautiful :-)

Hey beautiful distant ocean girl. I just wanted you to know I have built a little temple of Lotta on my page for listening to your songs in my favorite order. You are at the top of my favorite list on the bottom right corner of my page and that is because I love so many of your beautiful songs. If you only had two songs I would cheat you to the top. I can't tell you what it is except to say your voice makes my heart fly. Is there hope for a 2009 Song? A Christmas song? Or am I just dreaming :-)

You are most welcome Lotta, and it gives me pleasure to know your heart is kept warm in these cold winter months ahead.
Your wide repertoire of music, ranging from sad to happy in mood, from fragile to powerful in vocals and from social conscience to deep love in message has given given me much joy and kept my spirit up high.
