biography
Hello Dragon is Chris Zerby and Julie Chadwick
(Helicopter helicopter - Initial Records) with drummer Sean Burgess, bassist Michael Eisenstein (Letters to Cleo / Kay Hanley) and newest addition, keyboardist Jeremy Wilkins (allegra gellar).

Press:

"Hello Dragon’s first full-length record is a collection of songs about trying to grasp the awe-inspiring magnitude of the world around us; about staring down the wonderful and horrible mysteries of science and nature without the crutch of some vaguely reassuring doctrine wholly ungrounded in fact…also known as religion. It’s about what we try and mostly fail to explain. And there’s nobody better suited to tackle this subject matter than Chris Zerby. In an article written about Helicopter Helicopter, a band in which Zerby shared guitar, vocal, and writing duties with wife and Hello Dragon band mate Julie Chadwick, he was actually referred to as the voice of his generation. This is a ridiculous exaggeration to be sure, but what makes it so preposterous is it gives the rest of his generation far too much credit."

Really diggin' this band....Cities and Coasts are especially good tracks.
Hello Dragon has a nice pop/rock sound, yet mixed with something more like the White Stripes sound a bit too. Good stuff!

Thanks for the heads up! I couldn't get the album on the US itunes store, nor on Rhapsody. These sites know I'm in the UK and won't allow me to purchase.

Fantastic songs! This is my kind of music, beautifully constructed, lovely harmonies. Not on iTunes yet nor on the UK Amazon Site. Only available on the US Amazon Site. Such a shame as I really want this album. Very well done guys.

Hello, Hello

As a high school Physics teacher, I love your references. Have you seen the film version of A Brief History of Time? It is an Erroll Morris project, who himself can be considered brilliant at what he does.

great tunes.
