I would like my music to do at least one of these things:
.make you feel like you're not the only one who's imperfect, "crazy."
.show you truth you never considered.
.help you to think for yourself.
.encourage you to search out all truth.
.show you that it's okay to speak your mind, even if it's unorthodox, or what some call "a little off."

i grew up singing a cappella in the church of Christ since before i can remember, so music quickly became my first language. when i was 10, i started singing barbershop, which i did pretty successfully for about 5 years with a group called Tone Appetit. When I moved to Murfreesboro, TN about 3 years ago to go to school for Audio Engineering, I became surrounded by songwriters, and melodies and words started to flow out of me freely. I started to perform at open mic nights, then my own shows. People seemed to enjoy my singing a lot, so when Cuckoo Recordings expressed interest in collaborating our talents, I went for it. I put out my Transparent EP last spring, and am planning to release a full-length next spring.
