Hello again, we know it's been a long time since we were last active on the site, but we've been in the middle of moving across the country, and have finally settled and begun music-making again! In our excitement to return actively to the61, we are going to be posting two more songs today; both of them are unreleased songs, and are being publicized for the first time on the61. Please give them a listen, and we'd love to hear back from you!

Thanks for all your continued support,
_Mobley

I just made 90 percent of our songs available to be downloaded for free. The one's that aren't, are in the process of being rerecorded (or are going to be remixed), and will be available for free download soon! If you are in Los Angeles on August 24th we're competing in Guitar Center's battle of the bands at the 705 club. If you are interested shoot me an email at troubleinthewind@gmail.com and I’ll get you all the details. Lastly, if you haven't already, check out my solo stuff at http://www.thesixtyone.com/#/Ryanstavern/ -Ryan

hey, thanks for the comment on my cover of "walk away renee", i appreciate it :)

i never really thought it was that angry, more depressed, longing, heartbroken, i dunno. especially reading the story behind it, that's the feeling i get. i hope you like my cover anyway, and thanks again!

Just when I thought it was gone forever... I awoke to find that my song "Michelle" has been revived!!! She is not lost! She will live on! Hooray! :)

Calling all Bumpers! :) There are only 2 days left to bump my song "Michelle" before it is absorbed into the silent, sleeping land of 30 day old songs (where it can be only later awakened by a Revive!). LOL. I hope you can spare a bump or two before this happens!

Adieu,
Anj

P.S. And check out my newest song "Bright Winter", featured on my profile if you get a chance! I love to hear feedback :)

Hello dear Zuba listener

Our dear friend mbjorgen has been reaaaaaly nice and helpfull to us yesterday in 2 ways:
1. She changed her vote for Mes Fantomes so finally we've got a winner and it's from now on downloadable for a week, feel free to add it to your personal collection!
2. She revived Hail Africa for it to go on the home page, so, be nice with her (and us of course ;-D) and bump it up!!!

A few bumps would be nice anyway because we'd looooove to share more songs with you, but unfortunately we need to beg for bumpybumpies becos we're stuck on level 13... even our friends Cactus Bob are now in front of us again!!! (cheeky blink blink blink)

Thanks for the support
ZUBAAAA!

About Me

The main advice I would give to a musician is that you don't have long to get out of the gate with me. Been spinning vinyl since before you were born and I still love music. Love to hear from the newest greatest talent. But deliver it quickly. Cut the intro back and fill it in later. Grab me, move me, drive me and then you can take it down after I'm hooked. Keep it interesting. And finish big. That's it.
