The horns sound like "The Ground We Walk On" by The Earlies. In fact, that's what I thought it was when I first listened to it. This song is a pleasant surprise.
Sleeping -- the accordion lick is very similar to "Insomniac" by Billy Pilgrim (early band of Kristian Bush of Sugarland fame), but the rest of the song, not so much.
