Whoa. Wow. Ok, I have to be completely honest. I love The Goonies, I love Cyndi Lauper and I love the original. However, had it not been for your comments highlighting this song's relationship with the aforementioned trio, I doubt I ever would have caught on to what exactly this was covering. Talk about making a song your own. I still love (and prefer) Lauper's version, but this is definitely classic Acorn sound and an interesting twist on a classic.
