There's a lot of dissonance in this piece from hanging on the pedal so much, but that's a subjective point. Given the name of this piece, I suspect this was a conscious decision (as opposed to a lack of technique).
I wonder what you were trying to say with this. Maybe the point is that beauty lies not only in constituent parts, but in specific combinations of those parts. Maybe it's something else.
