The Spinto Band is made up of six young men from Wilmington, Delaware. The group began recording music [in a parent's basement] and self-releasing CDs [to their parents] in 1998 while they were in high school. When each one graduated and dispersed into the real world or various universities, they came together for winter and summer breaks to record what would be their first national release, Nice & Nicely Done [2005]. Over the next two years they toured incessantly while writing and arranging Moonwink which was released in late 2008. They are currently recording their third album in a converted chicken coop.
