hehehe. There's been LOTS of discussion about the algorithm of the points return. Short answer is: no one really knows. It also changes on occasion; it's undergone an evolutionary process over the past many months. I've never seen a clear answer to your question. It may have to do w/the genre that song is in (less popular genre = more points), or more unique bumpers than just # of bumps. Might have to do w/ ratio of bumps within a given timeframe. all sorts of factors. :) The way I like to look at T61 is that it's a..unique world..with..shifting/laws of physics..with all-powerful gods (the founders/builders of the site) whose will we cannot begin to understand, & there are all manner of sprites (ghosts in the machine? deliberate changes/glitches in algorithms?) that shuffle points around and change the currently-assumed physics at any point in time.

Hallo Jeff :) You can't revive anything until you're level 10.. Then you'll see "revive>" as an option on many songs (they must have reached the front page before, and can't have been up there too recently).

As far as discovery or First Bumping (FB) songs with as-yet 0 bumps, you can come across those ("No bumps yet") by luck on the rack, but the way to find them really is to use the Browse option at the very top, search in "Today's" music, and if you want to narrow it down as much as possible, set it to max bumps=10.. but you'll have to scroll through regularly and realize you're still hoping for luck that you see and get to it before others do :) but you'll get them.
