My name is Linda, better known as Stingah, and I've been singing since I was a little kid. Everytime I turned on the radio and play reggae music in my house and my car, I would sing along. I would sing for my friends and karaoke, and eventually my friends started to take notice, one of them, my good friend, Patty making me promise I would do something with my vocals. As destiny would have it, 4 years later here I am ;)

My very first band was Temple of Roots, and we did our thing for 2+ years, rocked like 35 shows, made a bunch of reggae/hip hop/dub tracks, and decided to go into our own ventures. With this new direction, I decided I would expand my horizons by making different types of music with more than just one project, and this has proved to be not only extremely satisfying, but an amazing challenge of versatiliy spawning a huge amount of growth and experience for myself as an artist.

Currently, I'm doing shows with a reggae-hip hop-soul group by the name of Hypnotic Vibrations and blazing tracks with the reggae crew known as the Pharmies out of Fremont, Cali. I've also done a few banging hip hop tracks with Kingpin of the Elite Team out of Oakland.

I love to make music with chill, talented dedicated musicians and am limitless when it comes to the many genres that strike my interest.Fusion is definitely key to me. Nothing feels better than creating a musical masterpiece, and performing it live. Soul and mind opening tracks that you can kick back on the beach, chill with ya honey or dance your a$$ off to. That's what Stingah is all about :)
