Started in 2010 by songwriters J. Adams and G. Reigner, Surprise Asteroid sought to simplify the band experience while continuing to write solid, melodic music.

A. Metzger was called in from a previous group by the name of 1 Up On Me to fill out the percussion section and has surpassed all expectations with hard hitting and perfectly written rhythms.

Surprise Asteroid's debut effort was forged in an amazing studio in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and contains 12 tracks... nearly 45 minutes of rock-your-socks off catchy numbers. It was the band's pleasure to collaborate with several other musicians and producers, and in that process, Surprise Asteroid experienced amazing growth and maturity.
