Biography

Sushalini is the latest musical thingy for Andrew BernSousa. Bermudian born, Andrew's family later moved to Perth, Western Australia (the 2nd windiest city in the world).

Andrew misspent most of the 1990's organising gigs and playing in bands like Lost and Squadcar. He also ran a label called "aquamudvuv music" that co-released the first record by Conor Oberst as Bright Eyes. Aquamudvuv Music's also released the first recordings by fellow Perth bands including the Tucker bs, O! and Sodastream.

Andrew is now based in London where he makes music and draws circles and squares for a living. ... (+) expand

Mega Upload Party Wakers: Two Things for artists...

1. To double check the current Pacific time (and date), just post to a Wall and check the time tag under your name.

2. There will be two ways listeners will find your upload. One will be the normal Browse>activity search, and the other will be thru links to band pages listed on my wall and myktoronto's. Please put your upload in the TOP POSITION of your featured 3-songs, so it can be found quickly.

Thanks and enjoy the extra bumps, especially if you dance...

Susher:

The Mega Upload Wake is set for 7 pm -8 pm PACIFIC time. I could not find a time that allowed everyone work or sleep-free periods for all world time zones, without splitting up the upload and diluting the listener pool.

Thus, Michael Paul Miller will be the honorary first upload, followed by 61 t61 artists at one a minute. As you are now #51, try to have your upload drop at 7:51 PM Pacific Time if at all possible. If not, anytime after is OK.

Remember, this is a party and a wake, so Celebrate and Communicate!

You’re welcome! I was anxious to see who the artist was after making the discovery. And coincidently it’s you! Nicely done! Keep it up!

Thanks to you guys for doing a nice work.

Got your note thanking me for the bumps, but now I can't figure out which track(s) I've bumped! I thought I had hit Original Music a while ago, but maybe I accidentally failed to do so -- possibly waiting until I had more points. Anyway, I'm going to bump your stuff now, so good on you for reminding me! 8-)

Another failing of the tunebox. I must have skipped thugfucker 10 times and not seen one of these tracks.
You have a great sound

News

Sushalini has a freakin' awesome website:
www.sushalini.com

It's nice, you'll like it.

There's a blog there too that covers music, robots and unrelated freaks.

You can buy their new album on CD direct from the website. It's also available on iTunes, Napster and many other online music stores.
