Who are we? The band began at the beginning of 2007 firstly as a songwriting partnership between close friends Colin Baxter and Mark Strange who had previously worked together in another band. Collectively influenced by xtc, wings, talking heads, beatles, dylan, television, squeeze, cream, weller, byrds, small faces, doors, beach boys among others, there are no hard and fast rules to the style of songs written by the band. The Levings feel that today's music listener doesn't like to be pigeon holed in the same way bands dislike it, so look to produce good music people want to hear rather than stick to a formula.
