In a typical set, one can expect flutes being played through the nose, singing with razors, talking paintings, and lots of fake cigarettes from from this Kurt Weill-esque, art-rock troupe that has been called “wonderfully weird” by Backstage and “marvelously odd” by Time Out New York.
It all started with guitarist Aldo Perez's character Renaldo The, a fallen idiotic aristocrat who performed in back rooms and clubs in downtown NY. He was later joined by the percussionist valet and is now also accompanied by his maid (vocals, clarinet)a priest on drums and two scientists who play tuba and keys. More At:
