Big hearts. Big sound. Toronto's These Electric Lives have been making melodic dance rock since the summer of 2004. After attracting attention early with their homemade Learn By Doing EP, the four-piece began working with Juno- nominated producer João Carvalho and released their critically acclaimed, self-titled debut EP in 2007. The underground hit “We Should Be Believing” has steadily charted on college and internet radio around the world ever since. Their energetic live sets have earned them praise and they have shared the stage with the likes of Mystery Jets (UK), The Boxer Rebellion (UK), Asobi Seksu (NYC), Bang Lime (members of METRIC), Jimmy Swift Band (Halifax), Woodhands, The Rural Alberta Advantage, Small Sins, The Skydiggers, Bend Sinister and Beast (Montreal). These Electric Lives released a remix album in 2008 and released part 1 of their debut LP on June 8, 2010.
