Tim Franklin is the lead singer / songwriter for Pillow Army, a Seattle indie chamber rock band http://www.thesixtyone.com/pillowarmy

His solo release "Hold Still" was made when he was living in Boston. While Pillow Army's line-up consists of acoustic guitar, cello, and viola, "Hold Still" is more an homage to 90's alternative rock (Superdrag, Smashing Pumpkins, Swervedriver) with layered guitars and heavy drums. With a wit and intelligence that reveals itself in the structure and content of each song, "Hold Still" takes listeners on a tour of Tim's personal struggles with religion, self-motivation, friendship, love and more.
