Here's some advice:
Let the first one (or two) songs find listeners, fans and bumps before adding any more. That way the tracks don't compete with each other for bumps.
Don't be tempted to add lots more tracks right away when you reach the next level. But don't be tempted to delete any either!
Once one or two have reached the homepage and have given your music that extra exposure, gradually add one at a time.
Also, consider opening a listener account to figure out how the site works from the other side so to speak.

Welcome to t61, Tracy! I was lucky enough to first bump your song from my bathtub, which I'm currently lying in, locked in my bathroom with my two cats, a food supply, water and my laptop, hiding from Hurricane Ike here in Houston. Weeeee! My first hurricane.

Just a tip...don't upload too much music at once. Let one or a couple tunes gain some momentum and build up fans.
