The groundwork for hookers was laid in 1998, when a young Ian Releford set out to record his own epic rock record. After getting four great tracks with no vocals, the project was eventually scrapped. After bouncing around from person to person until it found a home at randoM DC Studio and a special vocal pairing with Justin Witt of Place of Torment.
