With the accompaniment of an acoustic guitar and memorable melodies, 24-year-old Tyler Bender uses heady lyrics to get to the heart of most matters. He describes himself as a lyricist who happens to also play acoustic/pop music.

Full of emotion and sentimental energy, his poignant and catchy sounds have an ability to press people’s “I can relate” buttons. Whether he’s singing about winning or losing, loving or hurting, he is making a name for himself by placing everything he has into every one of his words and songs. Using artists such as Ryan Adams, The Format, Connor Oberst and Kevin Max as inspiration, Tyler is constantly writing and rediscovering new ways to dig deeper into the pulse of life’s energy.

After living in Alabama for the past five years, he is currently living in Indianapolis, Indiana, getting into the Midwestern singer/songwriter circuit and living life one intimate lyric at a time.
