Biography:
Tyler Bernhardt has been on the scene since he first released his self-titled EP in 2007, produced by Darian Cunning. Cunning met Bernhardt during an open mic performance at a local venue called The Acoustic Cafe in Bridgeport, CT where he had been working as an audio engineer. Cunning was impressed by Bernhardt's performance and offered to produce his music. The two recorded 5 songs together.

Since then, Bernhardt moved to Miami to attend the University Of Miami's Frost School Of Music where he met up with UMiami alumnus Luke Moellman. The two were attracted to each other’s musical attributes and decided to work together on Bernhardt's next full length album (What Is This). After about 2 years of production, the album was finally finished and Moellman passed on some of the tracks to his friend Fernando Perdomo, CEO of Forward Motion Records.

Perdomo was impressed by the album and decided to sign Bernhardt onto Forward Motion Records. The rest is history in the making...
