Biography

Half Acre Day is an amalgam of space and time, an ongoing experiment in the alchemy of sound and words. These tinkerings have resulted in the newly released collection Fourteen Trips Around the Sun.

Based on a complex set of hitherto undiscovered philosophical and mathematical formulae, H.A.D.'s controversial theories will shake the foundations of the Church and the State. Exposed to this sonic doctrine pious Clerics will set aflame their most sacred documents, and godless Dictators will kneel and pray to God for salvation.

Mega Upload Party Wakers: Two Things for artists...

1. To double check the current Pacific time (and date), just post to a Wall and check the time tag under your name.

2. There will be two ways listeners will find your upload. One will be the normal Browse>activity search, and the other will be thru links to band pages listed on my wall and myktoronto's. Please put your upload in the TOP POSITION of your featured 3-songs, so it can be found quickly.

Thanks and enjoy the extra bumps, especially if you dance...

The Mega Upload Wake is set for 7 pm -8 pm PACIFIC time. I could not find a time that allowed everyone work or sleep-free periods for all world time zones, without splitting up the upload and diluting the listener pool.

Thus, Michael Paul Miller will be the honorary first upload, followed by 61 t61 artists at one a minute. As you are now #44, try to have your upload drop at 7:44 PM Pacific Time if at all possible. If not, anytime after is OK.

Remember, this is a party and a wake, so Celebrate and Communicate!

Sweet! Got you down. The Upload Wake is now over 10X bigger than any previous Upload Party. I'll put the word out when the upload time (or Times) is set. Put the word out to other artists I might have missed, as I couldn't tunebox everyone. Thanks for participating in support of a fellow artist.

Until today, I wasn't aware that I had mucus, let alone that you could make me laugh and have it escape my head.

Life is such a trip, we climb, reach, fall, stumble
and then we write a great song, that just really sums up the emotional condensation of all we feel....
i would Love it if you would take a moment and listen to some of my songs, breathe, relax, see what 'feel' ya get....
Meanwhile Thanks for your time

These bad boys are the next big thing and they don't even know it. Their music is contagious like a case of chocolate herpes. Chocolate = good to have.

Is there more than one Nectar Lounge in Seattle? I'm confused :(

Posted means it has hit the homepage (new and hot tabs).

Revived means that it has gone into hibernation and someone has spent 1000 points to bring it back. People only do that if they really love a song because you're not going to reclaim those points.

Love the music! My favorite of the week by far.
