CHARLIE PHILLIPS is a singer/songwriter from New York, New York. With his signature stratocaster and smooth tenor voice CHARLIE PHILLIPS is most recognized for his well-crafted songs, thought-provoking lyrics and refreshing dose of soul, wit and attitude, evoking the sounds of Jeff Buckley meets John Mayer.

CHARLIE PHILLIPS (22) has been writing and performing since 2007 while attending Purchase College, SUNY Conservatory of Music. Since graduating, CHARLIE PHILLIPS has gone on to consistently play out popular New York venues including the Arlene's Grocery, Googie's Lounge at The Living Room, and The 169 Bar. He has also been selected to perform a showcase here and there, including the 2010 Singer Songwriter Cape May Conference in Cape May, NJ.

Other accolades include a stellar review from prominent New York publication, Metroland and 4 1/2 star review from The Independent (SUNY Purchase College magazine).

CHARLIE PHILLIPS is currently promoting the release of his debut album, available on iTunes, CD BABY and Amazon. CHARLIE PHILLIPS is also writing new material with plans to return to the studio by Fall 2010.
