Born in Fort Worth, Texas to a family of musicians, politicians and artists, Jennifer was moved as a baby to DC and raised along the eastern seaboard. Trained in classical violin from the age of seven, she taught herself guitar and piano to accompany singing and composing. Touring her own music nationally since 2004, she released two EPs before a full-length studio recording, Gods & Nations, came out in 2006 (a Paste Recommends Indie Album). Minstrel's Daughter, a new collection of songs available in summer 2009.
