To our faithful listeners,

We've decided to formally shutdown thesixtyone.com -- our servers will go offline at midnight, May 1st 2017.

Artist tipping and music purchases will be functional until then, so please spend any remaining credits by month's end.
A final payment will be made to artists following the shutdown.

thesixtyone was our baby for most of our twenties. We're incredibly sorry we weren't able to keep things going in the
right direction.

Thank you for being a part of it.

Hello, this is Ryan. I would be absolutely thrilled to be able get the rights to use your song "This House" for a ski movie contest. The contest is for members of newschoolers.com and i have been selected as a finalist, and finalists are creating new entries to be in the NS Movie Vol 1: First! The movie will be distributed for free through the website, and premiered at the IF3 film festival in Montreal. This will be great exposure, as newschoolers.com has over 110,000 members, and a far greater number who just visit without joining. Thank you, I will need a response ASAP if you are on board, as I have a close deadline. Feel free email me with any questions. I would give out my phone as well, but I am in China at the moment where my phone is rendered useless by excessive roaming charges. Hope to hear from you.

Wow love it found this house on the homepage just been checking out the rest of your music and its quality. On this house the synths did make my ears go a bit funny though, still it was top notch, max bump worthy;)
